FAQ

Wrap questions

What is the difference between a full wrap and a partial vehicle wrap?
A full wrap covers nearly every painted surface of the vehicle with printed vinyl, replacing its visual identity entirely. A partial wrap covers a portion, such as the rear, sides, or lower half, designed to blend with the vehicle's paint color. Partial wraps and cut lettering cost less and still deliver strong branding when designed well.
Can Red Bliss wrap cars, vans, trucks, and fleet vehicles?
Yes. Red Bliss prints vehicle-grade cast vinyl with protective laminate in Las Vegas and produces consistent graphics across cars, vans, box trucks, and full fleets. Installation is available. Tell the team the vehicle make, model, and year so graphics are templated to the actual body panels.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
A professionally installed wrap using premium cast vinyl and laminate typically lasts three to five years in Las Vegas, with horizontal surfaces like hoods and roofs wearing faster under direct sun. Garaged vehicles and regular hand washing extend life. Economy materials and poor installation shorten it significantly.
Does a wrap protect the original paint?
Yes. Quality cast vinyl acts as a barrier against UV fading, minor scratches, and road debris. When removed properly, the paint underneath is usually in better condition than exposed paint of the same age. Wraps do not protect against dents or deep scratches, and they should only be applied to factory or fully cured paint.
Can vehicle wraps be removed?
Yes. Professional wrap vinyl is designed to be removed with heat, typically leaving factory paint undamaged. Removal is easiest within the vinyl's rated lifespan; wraps left on far past their life or exposed to years of Las Vegas sun can become brittle and take longer to remove. Aftermarket or repainted panels carry more risk.
How long does vehicle wrap installation take?
Partial wraps and lettering often take one day; full wraps on cars and vans typically take two to three days, and large trucks or complex vehicles longer. Time includes surface prep, installation, and post-heating to set the vinyl. Vehicles should stay out of car washes and direct heat for a short period after installation.
How should a vehicle be prepared before installation?
Wash the vehicle thoroughly, without wax or protectants, one to two days before installation and make sure it is completely dry. Remove aftermarket accessories or racks that overlap wrap areas if possible. Address any peeling paint, deep scratches, or body damage first, because vinyl will not hide or adhere well over those areas.
How do you keep branding consistent across a fleet?
Build a master template for each vehicle type in your fleet, lock brand colors with Pantone or printed swatches, and print all graphics from the same files and material batch when possible. Red Bliss keeps fleet files on record so vehicles added later match the originals. Document placement rules so every installer positions graphics identically.
