Overhead signs are the first thing an attendee sees before they reach your booth, so they need to be visible, readable, and on-brand. We print, fabricate, and handle rigging coordination in-house. Trade partners get blind shipping with no Red Bliss marks on any deliverable.

Hanging sign questions

Do you handle rigging coordination at the show? +

We deliver the sign rigging-ready and coordinate with your show contractor or GC at load-in. If you've booked our install crew, we handle the full handoff. If you're using the show's own riggers, we prep the hardware to their spec and get it to the floor on time.

What shapes do you produce? +

Circular, square, rectangular, triangular, and blade are the standard structures. Custom geometric shapes are available — send a drawing or sketch and we'll quote the fabrication. Fabric is the default; rigid aluminum composite is available for flat single-sided applications.

Can hanging signs be double-sided? +

Yes — and for overhead signs in a busy hall, double-sided is almost always the right call. Both panels print with the same color profile so they match in the air. Let us know at quote time and we'll build the structure for it.

How far out do we need to order? +

For a standard fabric sign with rigging hardware, two to three weeks is a comfortable window. Tighter is sometimes possible — send your in-hand date and we'll tell you honestly what's on the table. Repeat orders on an existing structure are much faster.
