What we print

Every format, one press

SEG fabric runs on the same press as every other soft-signage format we produce — which means your backwall, tower graphics, hanging sign, and double-sided panels all come from one consistent color profile.

The process

Artwork to frame-ready fabric

1

Artwork & Sizing

Frame dimensions confirmed, artwork checked against finished panel size.

2

Color Profile & Proof

Digital proof and color sign-off before the press runs — critical color gets a soft-proof first.

3

Dye-Sub Print

Printed on the FabriVU 340 at up to 2400 dpi — deep saturation, no banding, seamless across 134″.

4

SEG Finishing

Silicone edge sewn to the panel perimeter — sized to your frame channel spec for a clean snap load.

5

Test Load & Ship

Loaded into the frame on our floor before it ships — so you're not troubleshooting fitment on the show floor.

Printed & finished in-house

The FabriVU 340 is purpose-built for dye-sublimation at grand format — the kind of saturated color that holds on a 20-foot backwall under convention center lighting. Fabric prints wrinkle-resistant, washes without color shift, and re-loads into the same frame season after season. Trade partners run the same press with blind shipping and unbranded deliverables.

FAQ

Fabric graphics questions

What is SEG and how does it attach to a frame? +
SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphic. The printed fabric panel has a thin silicone strip sewn around its perimeter, which presses into a matching channel routed into the aluminum frame. It loads by hand, pulls drum-tight, and comes out just as easily for storage or reprints. No adhesive, no tools.
Can you print to my existing frame system? +
Yes. Send us the frame brand, channel width, and panel dimensions and we'll print and finish the fabric to fit. Most SEG frames use a standard 3/16" or 1/4" channel — tell us yours and we match the silicone accordingly. Hardware does not need to come from us.
Is dye-sub fabric washable and reusable? +
Yes. Dye-sublimation ink bonds into the polyester fiber rather than sitting on top of it, so the color survives cold-water machine washing without fading or cracking. Re-load the same panel into the frame as many times as the program runs.
What's the turnaround on a fabric order? +
Send finished art and your in-hand date and we'll quote a production slot the same business day. Graphics-only fabric orders routinely run within show week. Larger multi-panel builds and frame-included orders need more runway — contact us early and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.
